whoa whoa whoa what whoa
boys what are you doing there
what is happening
A good article.
I’m a follower of all three comics featured, and frankly, they give Teahouse and Artifice a little more credit than I would (Teahouse is very typical seme-uke yaoi I read solely for self-indulgence and the art style is not, in my opinion, effective for the medium due to the high amount of detail crammed into the small panel space; Artifice has more story potential but its recent dips into cliches make me worry it will become yet another ~robots can love too~ story rather than the infinitely more interesting state of exploring the obstacles of a truly nonhuman relationship. But I digress.)
I guess what I’m trying to say is, I wouldn’t normally lump Less than Epic in with those other two, and I was extremely, pleasantly surprised that this article didn’t really, either. Thank god, because anything else would honestly be like trying to compare an attractively painted, shallow apple to a complex and very naturally written orange.
that was awesome. i love it when i see a pile of comics and recognize them all. TuT
